- 周家屬於傳統透天厝，扶手與牆面距離80多公分，屬於較小型的寬度 為讓平時樓梯間行走順暢，而使原扶手與我們實心軌道兩側僅距離7公分，盡可能減少動線上的阻礙也為了不讓扁腳凸出太多，將扁腳設計於柱旁的凹面處，減少柱腳與樓梯間的壓迫感
