「紐約神經醫學機構(Neurological Institute of New York)」設立的脊椎醫院指出,當椎間盤的外層出現破裂,其中果凍狀的物質被擠出,即是椎間盤突出!

當突出的椎間盤壓迫到鄰近處的神經,可能引起疼痛、麻木、刺痛感,或是四肢的無力感。此外,突出的椎間盤物質也可能刺激神經、導致發炎而引起更多的疼痛。

1. 坐姿收縮肚臍
2. 橋式抬臀
3. 俯臥抬手腳
