C2Believe, founded in 2012, is a Taiwan-based consulting company specializing in Brand Strategy, OKR Consulting, and Marketing.

After years of working with Taiwan’s tech companies, I noticed their struggles to sustain sales long-term, with CEOs and VPs sharing similar concerns but unsure how to adapt.

In the early 2000s, I discovered the concept of “Brand,” a powerful ideology that built icons like Starbucks, Nike, and Apple. My mission became helping Taiwan companies use Brand Strategy to survive, sustain, and thrive.

The buzzword “Brand” entered Taiwan in the early 2000s, showcasing how companies like Starbucks employed brand strategy to attract and sustain loyal customers. But back then, “Brand” was not well explained, much less understood.

How can the “Starbucks” brand dominate for decades by simply selling coffee? It had to be more than just a logo, website, or product specifications.

Over 15+ years, we studied how brand strategy works and began helping Taiwan companies use it to grow their businesses.

Working with more than 30 tech companies in Taiwan, I saw CEOs acknowledge conflict and dissatisfaction in their organizations. While they focused on products and survival, they overlooked Mission, Brand, and Culture — the foundations of alignment.

To solve this, we connected brand strategy with OKR consulting.

Traditional management tools (MBO, KPIs, SOPs) lacked the depth to drive organizations smoothly. OKR (Objectives and Key Results), however, provided the structure to align mission, strategy, and daily execution. OKRs became the perfect framework for embedding brand values and ensuring company-wide alignment.
